Custom Bottle Shapes

There are now hundreds of bottled water brands now on the market.  One way to separate your brand from the pack is to create your own proprietary bottle for your private label bottled water.  A custom mould creates improved functionality and greater shelf appeal for you personalized bottled water.  Glas Water, with our partners provides personal attention to your concept.  We can facilitate design, 3-D engineering, CAD drawings and even fuse deposition modeling so you can touch and feel your bottle prior to the mould process beginning. 

Glas Water also offers semi custom bottles with our smooth stock bottle moulds in 16.9oz and 20oz sizes.  Instead of a completely custom bottle our clients can just have their logo moulded into an existing smooth bottle.  A “slug” or “coin” is designed and is inserted into the mould.  Your logo is neatly moulded into the bottle with plenty of room to apply a stock or custom die label to complete your look.  The cost to design a custom or semi custom bottle is very much dependant on the complexity of the design. 

Glas Water blows moulds on site at several of our plants giving you access to this special service across the U.S.A. & Canada.  It only takes 6 to 8 weeks to complete a custom bottle and even less for a semi custom bottle  providing our customers a greater speed to market for their private label bottled water.
